Rapid margin assurance for end-to-end commissions process

Challenge
Driven by concerns around manual processes, inflexibility and inaccurate payments, our client needed rapid assurance of their end-to-end commissions’ process and delivery of best practice recommendations.

Solution
We utilised our market-leading Margin Assurance Frameworks and Methodologies to review all aspects of the commission process including procedure, system, governance, and controls, identifying significant exposures and remedies.

Results
We then implemented these recommendations and delivered the removal of £10k of overpayments, an 80% reduction in the need for manual data manipulation and a 60-day improvement in cash flow for commission payments. Our work resulted in an automated end-to-end process, a simplified commission structure, and industry-standard commission rules.
